We’re excited to share the latest updates on the development progress at Parterre. Here’s what’s been happening:

Builders’ Sales Open
Both Taylor Morrison and Lennar are now open for sales, offering a range of homes to suit your lifestyle needs.

Phase 2 Construction Update
Phase 2 is well underway, with plans for an additional 531 lots. Taylor Morrison is introducing new product offerings in Phase 2, including duplexes and Single-Family Detached (SFD) homes. Meanwhile, Lennar’s product lineup remains consistent.

Infrastructure Developments
Quebec St to E. 152nd Ave Construction: Construction is set to begin late summer, enhancing connectivity and access within the community.

Talon Pointe’s Section of E. 152nd Ave: Talon Pointe is actively progressing on their section of E. 152nd Ave, aiming for completion by mid-summer.

27J Roadway Improvements: Holly St is currently closed for improvements until mid-to-late June. Following this, 27J will close their section of E. 152nd Ave for further roadway enhancements to be completed late this summer.

Environmental Management
Hines / WW Clyde are addressing dust concerns proactively, implementing measures to ensure minimal disruption to the community.

As we step into 2025, Hines is excited to share the latest updates on Parterre Phase 1 and the progress we’ve made. 

We are pleased to announce that we’re wrapping up Phase 1 construction at Parterre which included the Quebec St / Ehler Pkwy traffic signal and (457) residential lots.  In 2025, we will be moving forward with constructing Phase 2 which will include the widening of Quebec St north of Ehler Pkwy, the installation of a full traffic signal at Quebec St and East 152^nd Ave, and the construction of another (531) residential lots.  The City of Thornton will continue to construct their 42” waterline project north of East 152^nd Ave, Talon Pointe will be constructing the north side of East 152^nd Ave from Quebec St to Monaco St and 27J School District will be constructing improvements at East 152^nd Ave and Holly St.  All parties are in contact with each other to ensure safety is our number one priority and that we’re working as efficiently as possible to reduce inconveniences to adjacent residents. 

We’re also thrilled to share that both Lennar and Taylor Morrison have begun construction on their first set of model homes and have officially started pre-sales in the community! In total, 457 homes will be built in Phase 1, featuring a diverse mix of home styles, including:

• Single Family Detached
• Single Family Attached
• Single Family Alley Loaded
• Single Family Detached Motor Court
• Townhomes
