Parterre Phase 1, February 2025 Update

As we step into 2025, Hines is excited to share the latest updates on Parterre Phase 1 and the progress we’ve made. 

We are pleased to announce that we’re wrapping up Phase 1 construction at Parterre which included the Quebec St / Ehler Pkwy traffic signal and (457) residential lots.  In 2025, we will be moving forward with constructing Phase 2 which will include the widening of Quebec St north of Ehler Pkwy, the installation of a full traffic signal at Quebec St and East 152nd Ave, and the construction of another (531) residential lots.  The City of Thornton will continue to construct their 42” waterline project north of East 152nd Ave, Talon Pointe will be constructing the north side of East 152nd Ave from Quebec St to Monaco St and 27J School District will be constructing improvements at East 152nd Ave and Holly St.  All parties are in contact with each other to ensure safety is our number one priority and that we’re working as efficiently as possible to reduce inconveniences to adjacent residents. 

We’re also thrilled to share that both Lennar and Taylor Morrison have begun construction on their first set of model homes and have officially started pre-sales in the community! In total, 457 homes will be built in Phase 1, featuring a diverse mix of home styles, including:
